Acceptable Use Policy for Products or
Services

PREFACE
Garcia Walton Systems L.L.C. Acceptable Use
Policy ("GWS AUP") is intended to help users
enhance their Internet browsing experience
and online application use by preventing
their improper use.
All users of Garcia Walton Systems Online
Internet services (the "Services"), our
products (the “Products”) and our freely
accessible websites (the “Websites”) - those
who access our websites but do not have
service accounts or have purchased our
products ("Visitors"), as well as those who
pay a monthly service fee to subscribe to
the Services offered by our company (the
"Members") - must comply with this GWS AUP.
We strongly support freedom of information
and exchange of ideas over Internet and do
not scrutinize the use of the Services under
normal conditions. Likewise, we do not
exercise editorial control over the content
of any of our Web sites or applications or
other material produced or available over or
throughout the Services, except for certain
proprietary websites and applications.
However, in accordance with this Service
agreement or proposal, we may remove any
materials that, in our sole discretion, may
be illegal, may subject us to liability, or
which may violate this GWS AUP.
Garcia Walton Systems L.L.C. may cooperate
with legal authorities and/or third parties
in the investigation of any suspected or
alleged crime or civil wrong. Your violation
of this GWS AUP may result in the suspension
or termination of either your access to the
Services and/or your purchased products or
services. This GWS AUP should be read in
concurrence with any other Garcia Walton
Systems L.L.C. Service Agreements) and other
policies.
2.
VIOLATIONS OF GWS AUP
The following constitute violations of this
GWS AUP:
1. Unauthorized access. Using the Products,
Services, and/or Websites to access, or to
attempt to unlawfully access or attempts to
the accounts of others, break or attempt to
security measures of Garcia Walton Systems
L.L.C. another Persons or Corporation‘s
computer software, hardware, network,
communications and/or telecommunications
systems, whether or not the unauthorized
access outcomes in the alteration,
corruption or loss of data.
2. Unlawful use. Using the Products,
Services, and/or Websites to broadcast any
material (by email, uploading, posting, or
otherwise) that, deliberately or
inadvertently, violates any applicable
local, state, national or international law,
or any rules or set of laws promulgated in a
subsequent part of this document
3. Harassment. Using the Products, Services,
and/or Websites to transmit any material (by
email, uploading, posting, or otherwise)
that systematically persecutes by besieging
with repeated annoyances, threats, or
demands.
4. Harm to minors. Using the Products,
Services, and/or Websites to harm, or
attempt to harm, minors in any way
5. SPAM. Using the Products, Services,
and/or Websites to send unsolicited e-mail,
often of a commercial nature, sent
indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists,
individuals, or newsgroups; junk e-mail is
prohibited
6. Coercion. Using the Products, Services,
and/or Websites to broadcast any material
(by email, uploading, posting, or otherwise)
that encourages use of express or implied
threats of violence or reprisal (as
discharge from employment) or other
intimidating behavior that puts a person in
immediate fear of the consequences in order
to compel that person to act against his or
her will
7. Fraudulent activity. Using the Products,
Services, and/or Websites to deception
deliberately practiced in order to secure
unfair or unlawful gain or services or to
advance any type of financial fraudulent
schemes known as "pyramid ", "Ponzi” and/or
"chain letters."
8. Forgery or impersonation. Using the
Products, Services, and/or Websites to
commit the act of forging, especially the
illegal production of something counterfeit
or to assume the character or appearance of,
especially fraudulently is prohibited
9. Collection of personal data. Using the
Products, Services, and/or Websites to
collect, or attempt to collect, personal
information about third parties without
their knowledge or consent
10. Copyright or trademark infringement.
Using the Products, Services, and/or
Websites to broadcast any material (by
Email, uploading, posting, or otherwise)
that infringes any copyright, trademark,
patent, trade secret, or other proprietary
rights of any third party, including, but
not limited to, the unauthorized copying of
copyrighted material, the digitization and
distribution of photographs from magazines,
books, or other copyrighted sources, and the
unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted

Products or Services, logos, trademarks or
service marks are protected by under the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998
11. Reselling the products, services or
websites. Reselling the Products, Services,
and/or Websites without express Garcia
Walton Systems L.L.C. authorization
12. Network disruptions and unfriendly
activity. Using the Products, Services,
and/or Websites to negatively affect the
capacity of others people or systems to use
Garcia Walton Systems L.L.C. Products,
Services or Websites, their network or the
Internet. including:
a. Hindrance – Interruption of other network
users, network services, and access or
network equipment is prohibited. It is the
customer’s responsibility to ensure that
their network is configured and protected
properly. Customers would need to ensure
that their employees, partners, associates
or agents, through action or inaction, allow
others to use their network for illegal or
inappropriate actions using Garcia Walton
Systems L.L.C. products, services or
websites
b. Scanners – The use of any tool or tools
to detect computer's vulnerability with the
purpose of gaining access to a system are
prohibited
c. Denial of Service attacks - "DoS" attacks
against another computer system or systems,
network or networks, and host or individual
user.
13. News, Newsletters, Postings, Articles.
Garcia Walton Systems L.L.C. customers
should use their best judgment and common
sense when posting or uploading information
that may be considered harmful to others in
any way to any website is prohibited.
14. Unauthorized activity. Garcia Walton
Systems L.L.C. customer employees may not
cancel, delete, modify, rename or edit
messages, postings, announcements, tasks,
web pages, system code other than what they
are allowed to do so by their employers.
Garcia Walton Systems L.L.C. may cancel any
accounts for products and/or services which
violate this GWS AUP.
3. REPORTING VIOLATIONS OF GWS AUP
Garcia Walton Systems L.L.C. encourages
anyone to report any questionable activity
that makes him or her to believe that there
exists a violation or violations of this GWS
AUP direct the information to abuse@garciawalton.com
by sending the following information of the
alleged violation if legally available:
• The Internet Protocol Address (IP) Address
of the system used to commit the alleged
violation; date and time of the incident;
verifiable proof; any other computer system
record files
Garcia Walton Systems L.L.C. may take any
one or more of the following actions in
response to complaints: issue warnings:
written or verbal; suspend the user access
or use privileges; terminate the account or
accounts; bill for he user for
administrative costs and/or other charges,
bring legal action to enjoin violations
and/or to collect damages, if any, caused by
violations.
4. REVISIONS TO THIS ACCEPTABLE USE
POLICY
Garcia Walton Systems L.L.C. reserves the
right to amend, modify, or change this GWS
AUP, our Service Agreement or Agreements,
and licenses at any time and in any manner
without notice.
